When will my order ship?

All orders go through a standard processing period of 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (like holidays), processing time may be slightly longer.

Most orders leave our production facility within 3–5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

You will receive email notifications both when your order is processed and when it ships. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


When will my order arrive?

We ship primarily via UPS, with most U.S. orders arriving within 7–10 business days from the date of shipping.

Orders shipped to Canada or APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer depending on local carrier timelines and customs processing.


Where are my items shipped from?

All items are shipped from our main production facility located in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Sometimes, orders may be split into separate shipments for faster delivery or due to inventory logistics. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking updates for each package.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are working to expand shipping to other countries in the future.


Who covers customs and import fees?

For international shipments, any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Sterlyns is not liable for these charges under any circumstances.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If an incorrect address was provided, Sterlyns is not responsible for any lost or misdirected shipments. Any additional reshipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.


Why am I seeing different prices on social media vs. your website?

Sometimes, our Facebook or Instagram promotions continue to be shared even after they’ve expired. Unfortunately, we cannot remove shared posts from user timelines. The current website pricing is always the most accurate and up-to-date.


How do you determine “Compare At” prices?

Our "compare to" prices are based on market research, competitor pricing, and information from our suppliers. They reflect the general retail value of similar products.


Do you offer wholesale or an affiliate program?

Not at the moment, but we’re actively working on adding both wholesale opportunities and an affiliate program in the near future. Stay tuned!
